Product replacement:

Sometimes it happens that we didn’t buy the correct size, colour.

If that ever happens, we are glad to accept exchange on the product. You can find all the information about our exchange programme below:

  • We can only replace a brand new product that is not dirty or not washed; that is, we can only return the product in its original condition!
  • In case of size differences, the cost of returning the product and the value of re-dispatching the Buyer will bear the product as we will indicate the exact characteristics and description of the product! (If you can’t find it somewhere, please call!)
  • We can exchange you within 30 days of purchase for the original invoice!

You will only be charged for the postage if we do not send the wrong size. If we make a mistake, we pay the courier fee.

Before sending the package, please check that the returned product is intact and in new condition, if you have found it all right, please give it to us.

Please include in your package a legible letter with the following information:

Name, phone number, original invoice, delivery address by which we replace the product.

As soon as we receive the returned package, our colleague will search for you to reconcile.

After the consultation, we will send you the replacement product of your choice.

Please keep in mind, we are unable to accept any packages that require payment upon delivery.
